Complaints Policy
All complaints can be submitted directly by submitting the contact form that you can find under the contact us link.
Complaints for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards Complaints submitted will be reviewed by senior staff and resolved within seven (7) business days. One member of senior staff will review the complaint and make judgement based on the information and evidence available. If someone is unsatisfied with the decision made then they may appeal to have another senior member of staff review the information and evidence available. The outcome of any review will be on a case by case basis and dependent upon the type of complaint and or its severity. If there is evidence of illegal content, the content will be removed immediately.
Penalties may include permanent removal from the site and forfeiture of any earnings or monies earned. The site owner may also face permanent removal if the violation / complaint warrants it.
